Tree Removal Permit Checklist

For a tree removal permit application, you will need to provide:

  • Survey with location of tree to be removed - clearly marked
  • Reason for the tree(s) to be removed
  • Type of tree to be removed
  • Diameter of tree(s) (DBH) to be removed
  • Arborist report if the tree is dead, diseased, or causing structural issues
  • Tree to be replaced, if applicable

Inspections:

  • Final building inspection - with photos of ground cleared after tree has been removed
