For a pool / spa permit application, you will need to provide:

• Pool contractor and electrical contractor
• Gas contractor, if applicable
• Survey with location of project with setbacks - clearly marked
• Impervious surface ratio sheet
• Pool safety form
• NPDES
• Site plan
• Engineered plans

Inspections:

• Footings
• Pool bond
• Plumbing static pressure
• Plumbing PSI - must have tag or marking by the gauge of the PSI.  
• Final plumbing inspection
• Rough electrical inspection
• Final electrical inspection
• Rough gas inspection
• Final gas inspection
• Pool safety / pool final inspection
