For a demolition permit application, you will need to provide:

• Demolition & plumbing contractor
• Plumber for sewer and water disconnects 
• Demolition / CRC / CBC / CGC
• Duke Energy disconnect letter
• Gas disconnect letter (if applicable)
• Sunshine 811 ticket
• Silt fence plan (usually marked up on a survey or aerial of property)
• If trees are to be removed, will need the specs on them. If they are diseased, please submit an arborist report.

Inspections / after the permit is closed:

• Pre-demo inspections: Silt fence and sewer / water cap
• Final building inspection - once demolition and site clearing is complete
• Once the site has been cleared, you are required to maintain the silt fence until the property has 70% coverage of soil stabilizer.
