Construction Document Checklist:

• One hard copy (for the job site) and a PDF of signed and sealed plans 
• Recorded NOC 
• Subcontractor Form – All licensed contractors must register with the building department
• Copy of contractor license, COI, and WC 
• Florida Product Approvals (exterior doors, windows, roofing, shutters, etc) 
• Impervious surface ratio sheet 
• Site plan - based on current survey depicting all proposed improvements or improvements that are existing and to remain
• Identify all trees to be removed (if applicable) along with tree permit application
• Grading & drainage plan 
• Current survey 
• Energy calcs
• NPDES
• Truss drawings
• Soil report – Building Official can waive if applicable (Section R401.4, FBCR) 
• Coastal A Zone or V Zone Certificate, if applicable
• Elevation Certificate, if applicable
