Refund Policy

Drop-ins and Class Refunds:

  • All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, or transfers for missed drop-ins, or classes.

  • Refunds may only be issued if a program is canceled by the Recreation Department.

Youth Camp Refunds:

1. All refunds must be submitted in person by filling out a “Request for Refund” form at the Dimmitt Community Center.

2. Refunds are issued according to the following timeline:

  • Full Refund: Requests must be made at a minimum of fifteen (15) business days prior to the Monday of the week of camp you are requesting to be refunded.
  • Half Refund: Refund requests made 5-14 business days prior to the Monday of the week of camp you are requesting to be refunded.
  • No refunds are issued for requests made 0-4 business days prior to the Monday of the week of camp you are requesting to be refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued for missing field trips, or days missed due to illness.
  • No refunds will be issued for requests made after the conclusion of a camp day/week/etc.
  • No refunds will be issued in the event of a camp suspension or expulsion.

3. Refunds are issued by check. Checks take an estimated 4-6 weeks to arrive by mail.

Membership Auto-Renewal Policy

  • All memberships are set to auto-renew using auto-pay at the conclusion of their term.

  • If you do not wish to renew, you must notify the Recreation Department in writing at least 15 days prior to your renewal date.
