Making a Request

To expedite your request, please submit all lien and assessment search requests here: rlopez@townofbelleair.net. The request should indicate all items you wish to be searched for (permits, recorded liens, code enforcement, utility balances, etc).

Fee Schedule

If your request requires extensive use of information technology and/or clerical assistance, an estimate to produce the records will be provided according to F.S.119.07(4)(d) prior to processing. Payment in full will be required prior to the release of the records.
