New Utility Billing System

What You Need to Know:

The Town of Belleair is switching over to a  *NEW*  utility billing system called Muni-Link. If you pay your bill via mail or drop off in person, the only changes you will notice are the new bill format and your new account number. The new system will become available the 2nd week of December.

If you have an email address on your account, you will receive an email from no-reply@authoritypay.com with information regarding login instructions. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN ACH:

Your payment information will transfer to the new system. The payment will be drafted on the due date of each bill. 

IF YOU USE AUTOPAY WITH CREDIT CARD OR PAY ONLINE:

To pay your November bill, you will need to wait until the 2nd week of December. Please visit our Town website. When you click the link to pay your bill, you must use an account number and CID number to use the log in and register option. If you only have an account number, you must use the Checkout with Quick Pay option. Account numbers have changed. If your current account number that appears on your November bill ends with -00, you will drop a zero and use -0. For example, if your old account number is 1234-00 your new account number will be 1234-0.
