To help you enjoy short-term stays away (whether for vacation, hospitalization, or other reasons), you can do so with a sense of security through our complimentary and confidential house check program. To initiate a house check, residents should simply fill out a House Check Application and either email it to email@example.com or bring it by the Police Department service counter during office hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm).

Garage sales, estate sales, vehicle sales, special events, and other special activities that are allowed by ordinance but require permits. Temporary activity permits (and special event permits) are granted by the Belleair Police Department. Additionally, any company applying for an estate sale must first obtain an Occupational License from the Town Clerk before a permit will be issued.

The Town of Belleair’s Police Department is dedicated to code enforcement in addition to regular policing duties. There are two ways to report a concern or violation. First, we encourage residents to use SeeClickFix, an online reporting tool, to report code violations. SeeClickFix is available as a free app and is also available directly on our website. Alternatively, residents can call non-emergency police dispatch at (727) 588-3500.
