[ARCHIVED] New Parking Restrictions on the Fingers

Beginning August 1, 2025, the Town of Belleair will be implementing new parking restrictions on the fingers – Sunset Bay Drive, Winston Drive, and N Pine Circle. Parking will be restricted to one side of the road from Monday through Saturday, between 7:30am - 6:00pm. Parking restrictions will alternate on each side of the road, as follows:

NO PARKING on the north side of the street on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
NO PARKING on the south side of the street on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

These measures are aimed at improving safety and accessibility in the area, and addressing the ongoing parking challenges on the fingers. Please note that cul-de-sacs and areas near bridges will continue to remain no parking zones.
