In the heart of Belleair, a grand live oak tree with a vast canopy of twisting branches, casts a serene shade over Hunter Memorial Park. This living monument, which is estimated to be well over 100 years old, is in danger of losing its life, as its health continues to decline in its old age. But the Town of Belleair is dedicated to saving this historic green giant, and with the help of expert tree consultant, Joe Samnik, the Grand Live Oak at Hunter Memorial Park will live on!
