The next Town of Belleair Commission meeting is coming up next week on Tuesday, July 9 at 6:00pm in the Town Hall auditorium. 

At this meeting, the Commission will consider a staff recommendation to set the maximum millage rate at 6.9777. The current millage rate is 6.5. 

The maximum millage levy will be provided to residents by the Pinellas Property Appraiser’s TRIM (Truth in Millage) notices, which are mailed in August. Subsequent to establishing the maximum millage rate, the Town Commission will cast its vote on the FINAL millage rate at two public hearings in September. These hearings will take place on Wednesday, 9/4 and Tuesday, 9/17.
