Rock N' Roll Running Series Clearwater

Background

Race Director, Bryan Mayes, has applied for a Major Event Special Relief Permit with the Town. This permit request requires two (2) hearings at Town Commission Meetings. The first was held on August 8th with a conditional approval. The second hearing was held on September 5th, where the permit request was approved. While the Town of Belleair is involved with permitting, public safety, and communications, this is not a town-sponsored event.
