The Town Clerk is responsible for a number of areas dealing with the Town's administration. The Clerk is the designated Records Management Liaison Officer and also coordinates all town elections with the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections.
Some additional duties include serving as support personnel for the Mayor and Commissioners, preparing notices and advertisements for all public hearings in compliance with the Town Charter and the laws of the State of Florida, taking minutes for official meetings, ordinance codification, issuing Local Business Tax Receipts and processing registrations for abandoned/foreclosed properties.
