Belleair residents can be a part of the community wide garage sale by filling out a registration form and  submitting it to the Dimmitt Community Center, as well as a temporary activity permit application from the Belleair Police Department. 

Non-residents, or residents in condos may rent a 10x10 space in the Town Hall parking lot. The cost for non-residents is $25/space, and residents are free to participate.
