Overview of Belleair

If you're new to the Town of Belleair, we wish to welcome you to our wonderful community! While Belleair is a small town, we are mighty in the services that we provide to our residents and in the way that we are constantly seeking new ways to innovate.

Belleair prides itself on its self-sufficiency, as we boast our own full-service, 24/7 police department, solid waste services, independent water treatment plant, top-of-the-line recreation center, building and permitting office, and more. Other points of pride in Belleair include the historic Belleview Inn, the Town's beautiful bluff and scenic waterfront views, and the park-like atmosphere that sets Belleair apart.

The Town of Belleair's 2022-2023 Resident Information Guide is now available, with print copies to be distributed to all Belleair residents in the early part of 2022. This book contains an overview of the Town's departments, activities, and services, along with contact information and links for where to find more information.

The Belleair Teen Council on Why #WeLoveBelleair

In the fall of 2018, the Belleair Teen Council (a group of middle and high school residents dedicated to getting involved in their community) created the below video to showcase why they love our town. This video was selected as a winner for the Florida League of Cities 2018 Youth Council Video Competition, and is a great introduction to our beautiful and neighborly town.
