Applications and forms for various Building Department permits are available at the link below. Though print forms are also available, residents are encouraged to download our forms online and then bring them to Town Hall during business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm). 2. How do I schedule a building inspection?

If you would like to request an inspection, you must first acquire a permit from the Building Department. Once received, you may call (727) 588-3775 to schedule an inspection on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday (no inspections on Wednesdays). Inspections must be called in before 2:00 pm for the next business day.
