Let's hear it for Ed from the Police Department for winning employee of the month for March! Ed was nominated for going above-and-beyond last weekend when Chief Doyle called him in to monitor contractors at Town Hall who were working to convert power lines for the Town's new generator. While this work was scheduled to be complete by Saturday morning, it didn't wrap up until 1:30 am on Sunday! As a result, Ed stuck it out for 13 hours in a powerless and non-air conditioned room until the work was completed. He handled the project with grace, patience, and not a single complaint, and in doing so allowed work to be completed as required. Thank you, Ed for sacrificing your weekend to help out the town and congratulations on the win.
