This upcoming project will include necessary paving and drainage enhancements on Carl Avenue and Shirley Avenue. Plans also include adding sidewalks on both sides of the street as well as street lighting. Crews have prepped for construction by clearing and relocating utilities, such as water and power. The bid for this project was awarded to Evolution Contracting LLC. The contract is being finalized and construction is estimated to begin in January 2024.
